Educational Qualification for Central Silk Board 

Upper Division Clerk (Group C) – Bachelor Degree in Any Stream from Any Recognized University in India with English Typing 35 WPM OR Hindi 30 WPM .

Assistant Superintendent (Admin.) (Group B) – Bachelor Degree with 5 Year Experience .

Assistant Superintendent (Tech.) (Group B) – Bachelor Degree with 50% Marks in Zoology / Botany / Agriculture / Sericulture .

Stenographer Grade I (Group B) – Bachelor Degree in Any Stream with 5 Year Experience & Dictation 10 min at 120 WPM, Transcription on Computer 5 Min English, 9 Min Hindi .

Stenographer Grade II (Group C) – Any Recognized University in India with 5 Year Experience, Dictation 10 min at 80 WPM & Transcription on Computer 50 Min English, 65 Min Hindi .

Field Assistant (Group C) – 10th High School Examination OR Diploma in Sericulture .

Cook (Group C) –  Diploma in Catering with 3 Year Experience .

Computer Programmer (Group B) – Bachelor Degree with II Class in Computer Science and 2 Year Experience OR Bachelor Degree in Science, Math, Statistics, Commerce, Economics and PG Diploma in Computer with 2 Year Experience OR M.SC in Computer Science .
